“Eu tinha escolhido este lugar, 1. porque eles anunciaram um ônibus e eu chegaria tarde ao SAT, e 2. porque eles ofereceram café da manhã. Agora eu sei que estamos chegando em um ano de pandemia, mas esse é ainda mais um motivo pelo qual isso deveria ter sido resolvido e tratado naquele ano. Aqui está o que aconteceu, eu liguei para um ônibus para descobrir que eles não tinham um disponível e fui instruído a pegar um táxi no qual eles me reembolsariam (o que eles fizeram). O retrocesso foi café da manhã, cereais e aveia embalada, alguns barra de café da manhã, sem recipientes de leite para cereais e cafeteiras vazias. Tive que parar o cara da manutenção para pegar café e era óbvio que não era o seu trabalho. A recepcionista não estava na recepção, mas trancada em uma sala nos fundos. Já viajei o suficiente para saber se um hotel está tentando ou se eles simplesmente não se importam. Neste caso, o último parece ser verdade e as aparências são tudo o que é necessário para manchar a reputação de um lugar. Eu sei que não devo ficar em uma franquia Marriott e aqui está o porquê. É basicamente um acerto ou erro. Alguns proprietários para os quais a Marriott empresta esse nome levam isso a sério, e outros simplesmente não. Alguns percebem o que significa usar a marca de alguém. A responsabilidade, porém, recai sobre a Marriott, que ampliou seu mercado tão amplamente, que eles não parecem ter tanta supervisão. Deixe-me primeiro dizer que o Marriott costumava ser uma aposta certa para mim, mas com o tempo percebi que, se não houver um hotel carro-chefe, devo ficar longe.”

“It breaks my heart having to leave this review since I am a platinum elite member and I love Marriott. I travel a lot so I stay at s lot of hotels and my preference is always Marriott. How ever, this needs to be known. Photos will be provided below. At the moment of checking I requested the bedding for the sofa bed, we left to have dinner meanwhile thinking by the time we are back it will all be there, we were tired from traveling. Not a big deal, I just came back downstairs to get it, when I open the sofa bed and the bedding is where the bigger problems started to unfold.. the bedding was not clean, it had previous hair and looked like sweat and pee stains. The mattress had pee stains and hair as well. Just not clean at all. Then the sink will not drain. We were all unpacked and tired, ready for bed. The last thing we wanted was to re pack and having to move rooms. Then the next thing, on the elevator there’s the schedule for breakfast listed, that’s totally convenient, it states weekends open until 9:30am. After not sleeping comfortable from feeling in ease and un clean, I came down to the breakfast area at 9:00am sharp thinking I had 30 minutes left for breakfast for all 4 of us. Nope. Breakfast ended at 9:00am and we had no knowledge of it when the schedule posted on the elevator said 9:30am. Just all along one thing after the other bad after bad thing. I will not be coming back to this property, and I felt like I was not at a Marriott quality hotel at all.”
