“Me hospedei em agosto de 2018! O café da manhã era farto e a equipe do hotel muito solícita! Mas achei o quarto muito pequeno!! Boa localização, bem perto do metrô! Sinal de wi-fi muito bom TB!”

“Horrible. Rude and unfriendly staff. At the time of check in the woman at reception told me breakfast was included but when I checked out a really nasty woman at reception wanted me to pay €13 for breakfast. When I told her at the check in I was told it was included she kept insisting that wasn’t true and said “how do I believe you?” I asked to speak to a manager and she said there was none!!! A hotel without a manager??? Terrible experience.
