“Solid 4 star hotel. Friendly well trained staff. Good design. Food needs major improvement. Convenient to slopes with ski valet onsite. Would stay here again.”

“Not clean. Loud at night. Small rooms. Extremely inexperienced staff. Concierge would respond 4-8 hours later for a reservation request. We were late for flight because they forgot our skis and had to find them so we could leave. No one to help with luggage when leaving while elevator was broken. If they weren’t ski in they would be out of business.”
