“This was only my second ever all-inclusive experience, but it exceeded all of my expectations. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and they were a big highlight of this trip. Shout out to Tony, Esteban, Margarita, Marcos!! The room was bigger than I expected and very clean. We only ordered room service once and it arrived very quickly. I was nervous about the food quality since all-inclusives usually have a reputation for not having the greatest food. However, everything we had was so fresh and tasty! I especially loved the buffet (La Plaza) for all of the fresh fruit, and also La Hacienda Beach Grill for the burgers and drinks. This was the perfect vacation that I needed, and I was able to spend all day laying by the pool and reading.”

“There are 2 pools in the open when you head in, unfortunately the main pool has less than 10 people while everyone is packed by the Infiniti pool, which makes the main pool almost obsolete. They also set 1/3 of the area by the pool to be gazebo reservation, ranging from 65 to 100 just to rent the gazebo, which makes the experience less desirable since they are always not fully utilized due to the price.
There is a rule in the hotel about not be able to save spots, we follow the rules but soon realize by 9am, all the seats by the pool has already been taken while there is almost no one by the pool, finding a pool site seat becomes impossible if you arrive after 9am.
Kids pool is excellent, food and service are also very nice. Hopefully my review can help the rest of the people that are planning to visit.”
