“Cons: Bring your earplugs. This has to be the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. While I appreciate the fact that their is no carpet in the hallways or rooms making it more sanitary, they obviously did not take into consideration the noise that accompanies a family hotel. In addition, the walls seem paper thin as you can clearly hear conversations of you neighbors. When planning a full day at the theme parks, you definitely want to be well-rested, yet staying here you are constantly hearing your upstairs neighbors walking, moving chairs, dropping the toilet seat, etc. we also had the pleasure of listening to someone coughing up a lunch at all hours of the night.Pros: great location for Universal, Islands of Adventure, and Volcano Bay. Shuttle buses are clean and seem to be very running all the time. A big plus considering the price of parking at the park. Rooms are cute. Kids enjoyed the decor. Early park access. While nice, we only were able to go on one ride as they have so few rides open and so many guests in the park. Plus, when you didn’t sleep the night before due to the excessive noise, who wants to go that early.Summary: I wouldn’t stay here for again, even if they comped the room. With so many options in Orlando, I’d rather pay a little extra to ensure we are all well rested to enjoy the parks.”

“Overall a pretty good experience. We are a family of five so we got a room with three queen beds and liked it a lot. Clean and roomy. Housekeeping doesn't do a very good job, and unfortunately there was a cheer competition going on so our room was surrounded by a ton of unsupervised teenagers running, screaming and throwing trash everywhere till late into the night. But comfortable beds, and the restaurant is quite good. Front desk is attentive and offered good service.”
