“We booked A five day stay at this resort back in January and we were not disappointed! The service was simply fabulous from every individual that we encountered at the resort. The food was very good and the restaurants on site exceeded all our expectations. No need for us to even go off site to eat during our stay. We wanted to stay at the Zilara because it was only several doors down from a hotel we honeymooned at 15 years ago. Unfortunately that small boutique hotel is no longer in existence. We probably won’t be back due to the fact we like to try new experiences but if you’re looking for a great place to stay this is the place!”

“This was the second time my wife and I have stayed at the Zilara and it was fantastic. The staff is exceptionally nice and go out of their way to ensure you enjoy your stay.
We paid extra for the romantic dinner on the beach, which was worth the money. We were served the biggest lobsters I have ever had in my life. The other restaurants all had great food and service and best of all: you don't need reservations!
I would highly recommend Hyatt Zilara to any adults traveling to the Cancun area.”
