Viajei com minha esposa ao chegarmos ao aeroporto de punta cana as nossas malas não chegaram. Ao chegarmos ao hotel ao realizar o check in o recepcionista nos disse que o número de reserva não existia. Ficamos sem as malas só com a roupa do corpo e cansados sem bens de primeira necessidade. Ao fim de uma longa espera que encontrou nosso número. Hotel nem uma pasta de dentes nos deram para nos ajudar. Ao entrarmos no quarto deparamos logo com um cheiro horrível a mofo bolor e falta de limpeza. Fomos lavar as nossas roupas para estarmos para no dia seguinte irmos comprar novas roupas de verão. Dia seguinte por volta das 13 horas voltamos ao quarto havia uma serpente, mosquitos e 1 lagartixa. Fomos a recepção que nos deram outro quarto em que melhorou foi ausência de animais e o cheiro a mofo. O quarto tinha falta de limpeza, manutenção desde banheira encardida,cabelos na parede telefone e cofre sem funcionar e chão pó junto ao roda pé,isto na era covid-19 e impensável a limpeza é obrigatório assim como a desinfecção. Nossas malas só chegaram fim de 3 dias Casas banho dos homens do lobby fechaduras estão partidas. Nos restaurantes falta de higiene nos pratos a maioria ainda tinha comida seca. Staff sem qualquer formação e total desorganização as vezes era pedir uma colher ou garfo que faltava sempre maioria das vezes só traziam quase final da refeição. Staff no geral super antipáticos alguns 5a6 eram muito simpáticos. No geral único dia que passei bem as férias com na quarta feira que foi o dia que fui a ilha saona.nesse mesmo dia quando viemos não fizeram a limpeza e não fizeram a cama nem mudaram as toalhascomo solicitado.no dia seguinte passamos o dia fora quando voltamos ao quarto estava igual ao dia anterior,ou seja tiveram 2 dias seguidos sem serviços limpeza no quarto. Tivemos que ir recepção para reclamar de novo. Foi uma experiência horrível ao contrário de a 4 anos que tivemos hospedado nesse hotel que tinha sido espectáculo.tambem tivemos no México no mesmo hotel e também foi tudo maravilhoso. La comida y variedad bastante mejorables. Sólo merece la pena el Rte. Hindu. Las instalaciones sin apenas mantenimiento y las habitaciones no las limpian todos los días. El personal amable en general, y en especial el trato que ofrecenBlandino, Junior y Angel en la piscina principal junto a la Playa. La Dirección del hotel ha decidido "regalar" la estancia a los Dominicanos y el fin de semana (desde en viernes a las 15 hasta el domingo a las 12) se llena de personas del país, con actitud maleducada en piscinas y restaurantes, sin respeto ni siquiera al personal del hotel, y sin dejar descansar haciendo ruido a cualquier hora. No volveré y no lo voy a recomendar.

Desde que llegué tuve problemas con las tarjetas. Me las entregaron desactivadas. Las hice activar y me cambiaron de habitación. Me enviaron para una en mantenimiento (tengo fotos para probarlo). Al otro día hice el reclamo y me hicieron esperar como si fuera un check in normal. No me ofrecieron compensación alguna. Un desastre la atención.

Un hotel con una decoración tan vieja debería tener mejor servicio. A los empleados le molesta hasta que le digas buenos días. La comida estuvo bien, las piscinas bien, pero el servicio puede mejorar mucho

The rooms were clean not fancy but spacious and very comfortable! The staff was helpful and friendly! Tip them well! Pools were nice! The food was tasty and diverse with lots of selection! Only the buffets were open but there was no lack of food! The beach and grounds were clean and well maintained!

Hasta ahora hemos tenido una buena experiencia, no era loque esperabamos , se entiende porque nos dicen que estuvieron Cerrados por la Pandemia, pero falta mucho en limpieza y las almohadas, no hay gel de ducha ni shampoo. La amabilidad y actitud del encargado y chef del dia del Restaurant de playa excelente.Muy preocupado de mi condición de Celíaca. Volveremos somos 7 amigas y queremos darle otra opurtunidad. Excelente lugar para pasar una estadía relajada y divertida. Brindan un servicio increíble y gran opción de comidas y bebidas. Así como diferentes actividades para que sus huéspedes puedan disfrutar. Sin duda alguna, pienso volver.

So sad because last time we where here we loved it but man has the service gone down hill i don't know if it is because of the new trainees but even non trainees we're off there game. The part that really disappointed me was when I fell and scraped both knees we asked for some alcohol and bandages and no one would help sent me to 4 different employees and not one ask if i was ok mean while both of my knees were dripping blood. The guest relations person only wanted to make sure we were not going to sue and wanted me to go all the was to the other resort to fill out a report before being able to get me bandages. It really sucked. We really like the amenities but don't know if we want to come back. 😢

Best time of my kids lives. They had fun from beginning to end. Staff there is so welcoming and friendly. Food was great, pools where great, Drinks where great. Only issue is transportation on the little carts. Most will not take you with kids, had to wait fir certain ones which was frustrating with kids waiting in the heat.

I stayed here with a group of friends for 5 days. The rooms were infested with mosquitoes. Some days we didn’t receive fresh or appropriate amounts of linen/bath towels. Our ceiling in our room leaked on multiple occasions and we were never compensated for the inconvenience. The buffet was very good so no complaints there. We were not informed that we had to reserve nights at the a la carte restaurants prior to arrival and there was nothing available for us to actually enjoy as far as cuisine outside of the buffets. As the title states, I would recommend some of the other resorts before wasting your experience here.

Husband and I return every once or twice a year. FABULOUS. Made some great friends, that we still keep in touch with. Fabulous treatment, and respect. Amazing, Award winning Buffet's, Staff, Management, Friendliest People who GENUINELY care about your HAPPINESS, SAFETY, and COMFORT. We will ALWAYS return to Grand Bahia Principe, Punta Can. No matter which resort as long as they are Adult's ONLY. PEACE and QUIET is most important to us, unless there is an Adults ONLY Party or Disco going on. AMAZING Staff.

The hotel experience overall was great. They complied with all pandemic safety requirements. The only downside was that my AC was not working well. The great service from the hotel staff compensated for this minor flaw. I highly recommend.

Tomem muito cuidado ao comprar pacote diretamente no site desta rede de hotel. Pois ao fazer check-in eles pedem para comprovar sua reserva o mesmo cartão de credito que você fez a compra. porem se você perder o cartão for roubado ou não estiver com o mesmo cartão ao chegar no hotel, você ira passar por algo que passei e não desejo a ninguém pois eles não fazem seu check-in e não pode entrar no hotel.Perde a reserva tem que pagar tudo novamente....entenderam.. Espero que a REDE de HOTEL mude essa politica Tosca e arcaica de confirmação se você é realmente quem comprou o pacote.. ou fazem isso realmente para pegar pegar pessoas e cobrar novamente outro pacote. abraço.

Excellent place. I stayed for a week with my family. It was a very safe place. Especially for my 4 year old daughter. My 14 year old son have a lot of fun. They enjoy all the activities and the food and the restaurants. The pools were very clean all the time. The beach was really good. Thank you to your driver (coca cola) hi is so much fun. Make of laugh all the time. You need more nice people like him.

Beautiful grounds and beach is wide with varying amounts of seaweed. Buffet was good but service varied depending on staff. Best a la carte was Italian restaurant in Bavaro. AC in room did not cool enough and wasn't improved much with a call to maintenance. Their app wasn't always consistent for event times. They need to invest in large/better ceiling fans in lobby, rooms, and theater area for the comfort of the customers.

It is a good resort. But there are some problems. Like my room key was not working. I would wait outside my room 15-20 min trying to open it and the struggle was going back & forth from the room to the lobby just to get the key fixed. When they sent someone to fix the door sensor that person said it was the key that was giving problems. When I went to the lobby they said it was the door sensor. It was crazy not to be able to get into the room without going to the lobby AFTER reaching my room. The lobby customer service even told me that something the key get deactivated from going near the pool. This was ridiculous to deal with.

This place is better than paradise!!! The staff is amazing the service is amazing. All the staff works so hard to make sure your stay is the best. The rooms are air conditioned and clean everyday. The food is spectacular. They have activities for all ages. The only thing that I wish is I could stay longer!
