I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Not only is the staff unaccommodating, unfriendly, and uninformative, I left the hotel Monday and I am still having issues with having my funds being released after my stay. I placed a major credit card on file during my stay but settled my bill with my debit card. I received an invoice after making a payment for my room and still was charged the same amount the day after checkout. After contacting the front desk several times, no one had any solutions other than wait 5 business days for my funds to be released; EVEN AFTER I ALREADY PAID FOR THE ROOM. Maybe if the staff was friendlier and more hospitable, it would be easier for me to be okay with $500 of my funds bring held for no reason. I will definitely never stay here again.

Great customer service. Relatively small rooms. NO FREE WIFI!!! no free parking. Expensive food. Had a clogged sink on arrival. Issues were taken care of in an efficient time. Most likely will not be returning.

I stayed here while I visited New York in December, and liked it. The hotel is in a nice part of Brooklyn with a good walking distance to shopping and other attractions. The staff is nice, and my favorite is that the lobby includes Starbucks 😁 The Starbucks should add mobile orders though, I hate to stand in line .. Rooms are nice and clean, and the lounge representative was very welcoming and helpful. The lounge did, however, seem a bit worn out, but the food and drinks was fine. Note that you’ll have to ask for the passcode to the toilets on the lounge/pool floor, since this changes every day. Overall a great experience. I have attached a photo that shows the view from my room.

I stay at this hotel almost every week. Rooms are clean and there are big suites available. Lounge is a big plus for gold/platinum members. They server breakfast in lounge and light snacks in evening. They also offer wine on certain days, which is quite impressive service. Staff is good and cater to needs as required. Close to Metrotech and other businesses.

I haven't stayed there yet but my favorite basketball team are the Brooklyn Nets!! I am looking forward to staying!! Me and my family excited!! We will see you soon!! I don't know the exact date yet ut we are super excited!! And will see this nice, fancy, and amazing hotel soon!!

My advice, stay at a different hotel. I chose the hotel for location and that it was a Marriott property. There was no Valet parking, no assistance with bags, no executive-level services...
