“We had an excellent stay at Amangani for our honeymoon. The hotel is fantastic, the view is breathtaking, and the staff is amazing, attentive, and courteous. They dotted every "i" and crossed every "t." Special call outs to Jarod, Stephen, Marcela, and Taylor! Housekeeping and turndown were impeccable. They even ask for your dinner plans at check-in, so housekeeping can do their thing when you are out, and you are not disturbed. Speaking of dinner, the food at the Amangani grill is second to none, and it was the best meal we had during our entire stay. Quite frankly, just the view is worth the price, but getting all that other pampering and service is certainly welcome. We will certainly stay here again!”

Fomos tratados extremamente mal pela anfitriã do restaurante em nossa visita a Amangani.Nós não estávamos hospedados lá, mas o site do restaurante afirma claramente que os não-hóspedes são bem-vindos para jantar lá, sujeito à disponibilidade. La anfitriona fue grosera desde el momento en que me acerqué a ella y le pregunté si podríamos cenar allí ese día o en algún momento de los próximos días. We were treated extremely poorly by the restaurant hostess on our visit to Amangani. We were not staying there, but the restaurant website clearly states that non-guests are welcome to dine there, subject to availability. The hostess was rude from the moment I walked up to her and asked if we'd be able to dine there either that day or sometime in the next few days. She flatly told me that they don't allow non-guests to dine there. I still asked if she could check with her manager as I had been told differently. She reluctantly called her manager, spoke with her for less than 15 seconds, hung up, and told me they couldn't do anything for us. I asked again if they might have ANY availability in the upcoming week, and at that point, she refused to even call her manager or check the system, but just told us again, rudely, that non-guests could not dine there, despite their own policy. I was so upset but walked away, then later decided to email the restaurant to see if it was true that every single dining slot was booked up for the rest of the week, or if this was just the hostess refusing to help us. Someone else in the restaurant emailed me back within 30 minutes saying I could dine with them for lunch tomorrow or the following day. Is this how someone at a luxury hotel restaurant should treat people? Are non-guests to be treated less than? It was extremely disappointing and I hope Amangani will do a better job of communicating their policies to their restaurant staff.

Mi novia me llevó aquí para celebrar mi cumpleaños. Nos encantó nuestra estancia aquí; La experiencia del registro fue diferente a cualquier otro hotel en el que hayamos estado. Este é o único lugar nos EUA onde vimos uma piscina infinita adequada com vistas deslumbrantes das montanhas. Há também foi uma piscina aberta de água quente que o torna um ótimo lugar para apreciar a vista à noite. Eles ainda servem comida e álcool na piscina se você quiser, então nós apreciamos alguns drinques na piscina de frente para o pôr do sol. O restaurante tinha uma grande variedade de comida disponível e todo o resto também estava disponível mediante pedido, poderíamos obter comida servida em qualquer lugar da propriedade. My girlfriend took me here to celebrate my birthday. We loved our stay at here; The check in experience was unlike any other hotel we’ve been to. There was no lines or anything, it felt very personal. The hotel sits at a gorgeous location facing the grand Tetons and the views from all around are amazing. This is the only place in USA were we have seen a proper infinity pool with breathtaking views from it of the mountains. There also was a open hot water pool which makes it a great place to take in the views at night. They even serve you food and alcohol in the pool if you want, so we enjoyed some drinks in the pool facing the sunset. The restaurant had a big variety of food available and everything else was also available on request, we could get food served anywhere on the property. My girlfriend also arranged for a private dinner for us which they setup outside on a lovely evening. We also enjoyed couples massages and both therapists were amazing, very prompt and professional. Service was just amazing. The day we wanted to go to Yellowstone, they cleaned our car, put water bottles inside and had it parked outside the hotel gate for us in the morning, we wanted to eat Indian food so they had someone from the hotel go to Jackson to pickup Indian food for us. I have never seen service like this before. Such a unique experience, totally worth the money if you want to pamper yourself or a loved one.

Nós apreciamos completamente a nossa estadia em Amangani; desde a busca no aeroporto com BMW X7 até o check-out. A experiência de check-in foi diferente de qualquer outro hotel em que já estivemos e Sara nos mostrou pessoalmente nosso quarto. As vistas são incríveis da suíte e do restaurante. A piscina parecia muito convidativa, embora não tivéssemos entrado. O restaurante de grelhados tinha uma boa variedade de vinhos e bebidas, aperitivos, pratos principais e lindas sobremesas. O serviço é excelente de todos. Nós também gostamos de massagens para casais na suíte e ambos os terapeutas foram incríveis, muito rápido e competente. O serviço de quarto também foi perfeito quando apreciamos um delicioso café da manhã. Uma propriedade tão aconchegante e única. Totalmente vale o dinheiro para esta incrível experiência de 5 estrelas.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Amangani; from the pick up at the airport with BMW X7 to the check out. The check in experience was unlike any other hotel we’ve been to and Sara showed us personally to our room. The views are amazing from the suite and the restaurant. The pool looked very inviting even though we didn’t go in. The grill restaurant had a nice variety of wines and drinks, appetizers, main dishes and beautiful deserts. Service is excellent from everyone. We also enjoyed en suite couples massages and both therapists were amazing, very prompt and competent. Room service was also perfect when we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Such a cozy and unique property. Totally worth the money for this amazing 5 star experience.
