It was wonderful! The young lady at the front desk, Alexis, was the absolute BEST! All the staff was very nice and helpful. I will make sure we stay again. Nice view from our window.

Very good experience here. Rooms were excellent. Great location for Universal Studies. We were staying in the area, and needed a couple of rooms. Suite with kitchen is perfect for people on extended stays. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. Would definitely stay again.

Nice staff, clean rooms. Breakfast buffet was back in full swing which was so nice! The guest and staff made sure everyone was wearing mask and keeping everything clean and sterile. Our room was huge with full kitchen, only thing I can complain about was not enough coffee in the rooms but I think that just a personal preference. There was a shuttle available for Universal. I did not use it but was told it's worth it if you don't mind waiting.Parking at park is a bit pricey and your dropped of at a decent place.

Best suites in the Orlando area as I have stayed at a couple around. The suites are very self sufficient. Reception staff are top professionals & helpful. Alexis is the star from them with her positive persona & customer service. She livens the place up & makes the place better with her dynamic attitude. Housekeeping can be real noisy outside the suite. Walking distance to Universal which is great & free breakfast although standard is a nice perk with the stay. Keep up the great work.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Have stayed in some that are fancier but this was a long term stay and far exceeded our expectations. The rate was outstanding. The free breakfast was fantastic, waffle makers, eggs, sausage, toast and bagels, cereal, and much much more. I especially like that it lasted until 9:30 and I believe 10 or 10:30 on the weekends. We called the morning of check-in without a reservation and Alexis was able to get us a room within an hour. The rooms are wonderful with kitchenette with full sized appliances, huge couch with chase lounge, adjustable TV to watch on couch or in bed, big desk and computer chair. Bathroom was just as nice with a substantial walk in shower. Service was great, we skipped the maid service throughout our stay but they took care of trash as needed and swapped out towels and sheets upon request. Didn't use the lobby area much but it is huge with plenty of sitting areas. Pool looks nice too. As a bonus there is a concierge desk for universal so you can take care of all your ticketing needs right there on site. Hope to stay again in the future. As I mentioned special thanks to Alexis who was awesome!

Kudos to the housekeeping and cleaning staff!! I was impressed by the cleanniness that this hotel had!💯 Stay was comfortable and nice. Front desk people were wonderful and provided us with extra anything we needed from towels trash bags etc! They had the lobby decorated...it was so beautiful! Thanks so much for making our Family Christmas Vacation special!

We have been in Florida, in numerous hotels, for 4 weeks and this is the best hotel we stayed at. Super clean. Friendly staff. Spacious room. Excellent laundry room. Nice pool. Breakfast was good... Probably my least favorite part... It wasn't bad, just inconsistent from day to day. I will say, if you want a bath tub you need to ask when you make your reservation. I had to shower my 4yo for 8 days. She is not a fan. I highly recommend them.

La ubicación fue perfecta para trasladarnos a los parques de Universal, cerca de muchos lugares para comer y conveniente para realizar compras en los Centro Comerciales cercanos.El staff fue muy amable con todo lo que solicitamos que hasta decidimos quedarnos tres noches más de las que teníamos planeadas.El espacio en las habitaciones es perfecto, hay bastante espacio.
