We stayed here for 5 days 4 nights. This is our 14th time in Fort Lauderdale and we usually stay at Hilton Fort Lauderdale Resort. The location on this hotel is amazing. Close to everything and right across the beach. The staff is a bit rude. This is the first hotel that we stayed at that had rude staff especially at the pool area. They seem like they are miserable. They are annoyed with any question or request. The rooms are outdated. The beds are not comfortable at all. I think they need to work on training the staff for customer service. The front desk staff was great. Another thing, you have to come to the pool at 8:30am to reserve your chairs. Comes 10 o’clock you can’t find one chair. I’m guessing people buy day passes. I don’t think we will book this hotel again. Sticking to Hilton Resort, had a much better experience. They had so many activities for kids and at Westin it seems like kids are the least priority. Also if you are allergic to dust good luck! Dust everywhere. These pics are the first day we checked in. Gross

My overall experience with this property was very nice. At Check-in we were surprised with a complimentary upgrade to an ocean view room along with a voucher for 2 drinks and a desert from their on-site restaurant. Though we didn’t use all the available amenities there were lots to choose from. Storm the doorman was super nice and helpful too. The overnight valet was a little pricey but unavoidable as there are no other options. We were granted a late Check out request which was nice because it allowed us to enjoy a nice breakfast and a brisk walk along the beach before leaving. We will return soon!

Great location. You just need to cross the road A1A to be on the beach sand. Hotel's lobby was decent but the walkways need a major upgrade to reflect Westin brand. Rooms were comfy and service was prompt. There are two towers, North and South separated by an enclosed walkway/bridge. South tower is closer to the beach and has a Starbucks right underneath at Ground level. Parking is $45 valet and the hotel charges daily resort fee of around $45. Overall, we stayed 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. Will return again.

I came in for a conference at this hotel. I have always enjoyed staying in Weston hotels. This one is not as new or with as much a modern design like a lot of other Westins but it is still a really nicely laid out and well maintained hotel property. The rooms have a nice bright look with tastefully decorated wooden furniture and wall pieces and mirrors. I will say I was disappointed to see a couple of tears in the bed cover. The pool area is really nicely laid out and the pool has a nice low entry walk in stairs. You have a very convenient bridge that crosses over the main road to the sidewalk where the beach is on the other side of the street. There are plenty of staff to help with cleaning and serving food and they handle things very efficiently and quickly. There's a coffee spot in the conference and pool entrance areas as well as a Starbucks downstairs. I did not go to the restaurants but those seemed really nice and you could smell the delicious Mexican food outside since the Mexican restaurant has an open area outside.

The hotel is huge!! it is so beautiful. I am writing this review to comment a staff member at the front desk. Her name is Hannah! She is absolutely amazing, the most helpful hotel employee I ever dealt with! she was so helpful even after our stay when my father lost his jacket and she was able to locate it for us, Kudos to Hannah, you are fantastic!

Our second year in a row…. The hotel staff is excellent Teshelle, thank you for our amazing accommodations. We loved our room off the pool. Last year we enjoyed an amazing water view room and this year the pool. This is why we come back. The beautiful hotel, awesome dining experience, great people, and fun we get in the sun out of NJ is always well enjoyed and an amazing time. Thanks again!

A true Fort Lauderdale beach hotel! The spa was terrific. The pool was great! Service was impeccable! Definitely was a great way to spend a few hours. Friendly and courteous staff! Well worth the time! Definitely will return. The whole experience was a treat!

The first night my room had water on the floor from the bathroom to the beds. Second room also had similar issue so landed in the third room. It would seem that they would have made some attempt to make sure I was satisfied. Front desk phone rings when you call lucky if you get an answer. Call the number for the $43 dollar a day valet and no one answers. For that money the valet should be a smooth operation. I’m not impressed at all. This hotel doesn’t live up to the brand standard. The only thing the hotel has is its location.

I just wanted to acknowledge the high quality of customer service and attention to detail by hotel staff. A special shout out goes to IRIS for going above and beyond for my family. We had a few small requests upon arrival and she was amazingly helpful! The hotel was clean and our room was spotless. I saw employees sanitizing public spaces both inside and outside of hotel (pool seating). On site restaurants have a great menu selection and the hotel is in walking distance of nearby eateries. Great trip, highly recommended!
