“Hotel is beautiful and modern but our room was provided with shampoo, no hand soap! I requested from the front desk as suggested and it never arrived to my room. We had to shower, and wash our hands with shampoo. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and half of the items on the menu were not available. It took over 40 minutes to get our food after we placed the order and they didnt even bring all the plates at the same time.”
