“Unfortunately our experience at this hotel was poor overall, the food, customer service, room cleanliness. We spent 5 days at the hotel and paid extra to have all inclusive upon arrival. Although they handed us a sheet with restaurant details it wasn’t explained or apparent that everything was closing just 30 minutes later, and so we paid the full all day fee of all inclusive that evening to have 30 minutes to eat, drink etc. We also had no assistance with carrying bags to our room, direction to our room, welcome package, or a stocked mini fridge. In the 5 days all inclusive we paid for they did not stock our mini fridge even though we asked at the front desk multiple times.
It was a beautiful beach and resort so it was disappointing that the customer service wasn’t on par, we wouldn’t stay here again.”

“Maravillosa la atención desde el momento que llegue al hotel hasta que me fui!!Muy Limpios, cómodo y sobre todo excelente atención por parte del personal,en especial de Mirella quien nos guío durante toda nuestra estadía y Antonio mesero en elBuffet . Muy atentos y preocupados de entregar un buen servicio. La comida muy sabrosa y variada, la vistadesde las habitaciones es espectacular, la ubicación sobre todo es muy buena , al lado de la playa, centros nocturnos y restaurantes , farmacias y supermercados. Volveré sin duda y lo recomiendo 100%.”
