“I love the place and the staff are superb the food is also good. But the actual hotels needs much work done. From small details to some major health and safety works in the rooms.
I am more than happy to provide an extensive details if required as I feel the place has so much potential to be even better than what it is.
Our concierge Wily was super and worked well with us and made our stay even more enjoyable sorting all things for us.

Food was high quality, beach was clean and the service from the staff was on point. We were fortunate enough the have Wilfredo as our bartender on the royal service side. He made sure everyday was something special. The tasting menu at Passion is totally worth the price! I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a fantastic way to get away and relax.”
