“Positive experience despite unexpected stop over. Quick check in. Well stocked bar, fabulous leisure facilities including sauna, steam room and jacuzzi pool. Immaculately clean. Good buffet style breakfast and late check out. Experiência positiva apesar da parada inesperada. Check-in rápido. “I booked this hotel as it claimed to be 'pet friendly' and it had a restaurant that looked good. I never got to find out if it was or not - when I went for my evening meal I was told I couldn't take my dog into the restaurant, and I couldn't sit in the bar area near the door either to eat. I also couldn't leave the dog alone in the room (fair enough) so the only option was room service, which would have meant sitting on the bed eating some food. I would have booked a nearby restaurant if they'd told me about the pet policy when I booked 🙄. So, this is a nice hotel but it really isn't pet friendly! I've stayed in quite a few with my dog now and I wouldn't recommend this one.”
