“We had a great week thanks to Tomas and Lisbeth. Tomas had our Bali bed reserved and ready for us each morning and Lisbeth never let our drinks go dry. They were both friendly and pleasant each day! Our concierge Ivan was very helpful in reserving our dinners each night. While we took the sales tour, knowing we were not going to buy in, Dolce was pleasant and did not pressure us. Her manager Gabriel, however, would not take no for an answer and finally we had to just leave. Dora at the spa made up for that unpleasantness. Dining at the Asian restaurant was the best, but sadly, the pub was the worst. There was not a lot of evening activities if you were not there as a group and we found ourselves calling it a night early each day. On the other hand it gave us a chance to enjoy the pool before the rude people who parked themselves there and blocked others from getting drinks appeared. Overall it was a great week!”
