“Lamentablemente fue pésima la experiencia, había un chinche en la cama y tuve que salir a buscar otro hotel a las 3:00 am 😏 espero me devuelvan mi dinero.Unfortunately, the experience was terrible, there was a bedbug in bed and I had to go out to look for another hotel at 3:00 am 😏 I hope theyrefund me mymoney back.”

“Stay here if you do not mind construction going on during your stay. As well as privileged people being allowed to come and treat staff poorly.And if that isn't bad enough disabled people are treated worse.The two star is for clean rooms, but you do have to beg for items if you stay more than one night.Not able to eat breakfast peacefully, and the evenings are a joke 😑.I was here a week and didn't know what this hotel had in amenities because of the unfriendliness.It seemed to be they only wanted to speak if you took a snack that actually appeared to be and tasted as if it was there for months.And believe me it was at that point they took notice of you to get your name and room!I have never stayed in a Hilton chain with this reflection, and corporate needs to know that as well as others who plan a stay here, the pictures do not reflect what can be done here!.🤔”
