While the pools and beaches at this resort are absolutely stunning, I cannot give it 4 or 5 stars because of the constant haggling. We couldn’t go 30 minutes without someone trying to sell us something, join a club; or book an excursion. They even went so far as to wake me up from a nap on the beach to try to sell me something. I probably said no thank you 50+ times over the course of our 5 day trip. The all inclusive nature was great, and the food was all right, but just be prepared to be constantly approached no matter where you are on the property. I’m not sure I would come back to this resort as we like to try new things, but I can’t say that we didn’t have a great time, met some great people, and enjoyed ourselves. Overall, a pretty good stay!

Overall our stay was great, there were just too many inconveniences to call this resort anything but okay. For the first 4 days of our 7 days staying the water in the shower was unpredictable. We reported to maintenance that the water was way too cold especially for our young children. When they "fixed" it, it would come out scalding. This went on for several days between cold and extremely hot water. I finally managed to fix it on my own. Much of the staff is extremely helpful and will happily cater to your needs. However, it is very evident the resort is understaffed. Many of inconveniences we faced were due to insufficient investment in the resort or at least in the staff. There were some rooms that were being remodeled adjacent to ours and for the most part they kept the noise to a minimum. Overall, my family and I had a great time but I don't believe we will be returning to this property. On a side note, they tried to pitch you on a "travel club" the first day that is extremely annoying and an absolute waste of time. Avoid it all cost.

This is a nice places with a beautiful pool and nice beach. We did like the staff and the people with the best mood ever before , the food was amazing and really good. About the activities we were having fun dancing and speaking with many nice worker like Luis who entertain us a lot with dance and activities.

We had a great time here! The food was decent but nothing amazing. Luis the bartender was great and helped us as much as he could. The entertainment staff were great at the pools and made us have a wonderful time. Shout out to the entertainment staff Luis, Jose, Juan Carlos, and Joel.

Modesto in guest services is hands down the best! Excellent service all around but specifically from him. Walter at the front desk is great, friendly, and courteous. Between both these amazing individuals my stay was beyond great. Definitely will come back. You feel more like family than a guest. It’s very highly recommend. If you book your stay please see both these individuals!

I loved our week stay at this resort. The rooms are up to date. Very spacious with many different areas to hang out in. The beach is crystal blue and EVERYONE working here is so pleasant and helpful. For entertainment, Mr.911 was so much fun teaching us new dances and preforming shows with everyone. I will definitely be back!

Lovely establishment. All staff was friendly. Good food. Rooms were clean, looked nice, and were spacious. The people that want you to attend the timeshare presentation were annoying. One man approached us daily. The pool area was nice with a swim up bar. Met some nice people there. Would stay here again.

Really enjoyed my trip.The POP entertainment people are the best. Especially Jose, Constantino, and Darwin. My favorite bartender was Samuel by the pool. They made our trip really great. I have stayed at other hotels in the DR but this is the best by far because of all the activities they have. Other hotels I found myself bored and only able to go to the pool and beach. This hotel has multiple sports including volleyball, basketball, and tennis. Ping pong and mini golf were super fun. They also have kayaking. The food is what’s expected from other all inclusive hotels. Not the best. The Mexican restaurant was the best one. But other than that it was a really fun trip. There is algae in the beach but that is a seasonal occurrence and not the hotel’s fault.

I’m not one to leave a ton of reviews but I really felt the need to leave one this time around. I’ve been to DR multiple times but this time around it was one of my best trips. Everything about the hotel was great but the one thing that really stood out to me was the amazing entertainment team. All of the boys were amazing and so much fun but my favorite was “911” with his crazy, fun & goofy energy! I’m not one to come back to the same hotel time and time again but if you keep these entertainers around I will definitely be back!!! Keep it up Grand Palladium, you really know what you’re doing with your entertainment team :-)

My husband and I had an awesome experience at the Grand Palladium Punta Cana Resort & Spa! We spent a week here to celebrate our honeymoon/anniversary. All staff were super friendly and welcoming, especially the POP staff at the pool who continually hosted fun games and activities. Yeiny, (also known as Mr.911) was very funny and made the trip especially memorable for us. He roped us into activities that we never would have though we would participate in, such as water aerobics, but it was a blast! By the end of the week most staff knew us by name. We cannot suggest this resort enough, it was all around wonderful! 10/10 would come back here again!

Entertainment is great, Mr. 911 is very energetic and good company. The food is excellent. Some restaurants require reservation so make sure you ask at the reception. Rooms are clean and service is good. The pools are fun and for kids too! Edit: I had to take 0.5 star off, because of the pushy people trying to sell you the Palladium Travel Club membership. We thought we were taking a ride through the resort (with one of those trains with wheels) and they took us to the "special area" to try to get us become Travel Club members.

Beautiful hotel, Concierge are great, Especially Laura she was helpful arranging a surprise birthday for my sister ❤. Steakhouse and Hibachi entrees were delicious. Mexican and Italian restaurants the food was served cold, the display of the dishes were nice but you can't eat Cold Pasta fettuccine, really. I love the housekeeper Beautiful display with the towels and flowers on the bed. Room service deliver chocolate to your room in the evening time Love It.

To be honest...this is not the time to travel due to Covid 19. Everything is limited, food is limited. Frankly the food choices are terrible. Yes the staff is very friendly, but I do not recommend traveling at this time if you are expecting the great experience. Even nightly entertainment is limited. They have 17 restaurants only 5 are open and only one is open daily. Half of the resort is closed down, excursion people are on you every second, coffee shop doesn't open until 10:30 am. Website gives false information. And when you ask anyone about it they only say sorry. This has been one of the worst vacations we have experienced and I am sure it is due to the virus. So stay home and wait til next year. Definitely not worth spending the money now.

Beautiful place to vacation with family. Many Restaurants with good food. Rooms are very clean, many pools are beautiful. Lots of coconut trees are around the resort. Staff very friendly. Some restaurant have to book and get appointment to eat.! There is a Indian restaurant, I ask "Dosa", Manager said that is south Indian food, we don't have it. What is that means? India and South India is separated country??!!

Service was very personable. All staff very nice. Enjoyed our stay! We would come again for sure. There were a lot of restaurants to choose from and food was fantastic everywhere we ate. Loved our swim up pool bar by building 3000. The bartender, Stanley, is amazing!!! So much fun! He remembered our names and the drinks we enjoyed. The resort had plenty to do and the food was very good. I have one recommendation, more frequent tram service. I will recommend this resort.
