The best was the beach and staff. Staff super friendly. Gym also well equipped. It's good value! Food could be better and more variety. Ask for block number 5 if you want to be next to the beach.

Wonderful stay at this resort! Staff was welcoming and friendly, food was great, beach was beautiful, animation team was especially engaging and interactive encouraging everyone to participate in activities. Best dance lessons I have ever had, so fun! Was great to meet people and was a nice place to celebrate a special occasion! I had an amazing time. The hotel was only for adults. Everything was nice and clean. The room I stayed in had an amazing view overlooking the infinity pool and the beach. Room service 24/7. All you can it 24/7. We didn't have to leave the hotel for anything.

La comida del buffet bastante floja. Repetitiva y poca variedad. Los restaurantes mucho mejor. Las habitaciones viejitas pero cuidadas y con gusto. La gente del hotel, tanto el servicio como la animación lo mejor. El servicio VIP es recomendable, entra langosta para cada uno, masaje de 20 min y poder utilizar las camas balinesa de la playa

El servicio del hotel es excelente. Las personas que trabajan en el hotel son únicas. La atención en los bares de la playa y la piscina son exelentes. Grey y Yoss son dos mujeres increíbles. Nancy en el restaurante es un amor de persona. Deberían revisar la música del bar que está cerca a la playa en la noche, porque se repite mucho el mismo género, ponen una hora de bachata y se vuelve aburridor.

they service was 👌. I loved the buffet style dinner. love the shows at night. the dancers was great and entertaining. the only one thing is the seafood restaurant got my traveling buddies sick. Overall everything was great. Just need more vegan options.

Pasamos 31 dcbre de 2021 en este sitio, fue muy agradable todo,.la.cena, la celebración del nuevo año. La atención de todo el tiempo que estuvimos fue.muy buena. Me gusto que es,solo para adultos. Lo UNICO que no me gusto, es que el.primer día nos invitaron a reservar para el otro dia para ir a desayunar y a que conociéramos otro hotel que tienen cerca. Al principio muy amables, nos recogieron, y pensamos que era solo ir a desayunar y a conocerlo, pero estábamos muyyy equivocados, porque primero lo pasan a uno por una sala de VENTAS para ofrecerle tiempo compartido; es decir lo llevar con ENGAÑOSa hacerlo que compre ese sistema de turismo. Apenas vimos eso, disgustados nos retiramos y les dijimos que teníamos otro compromiso(ellos no le advierten a uno a que va) y es una.manera de abusar del.huesped.Se nos hizo extraño porque la.persona que nos recogió nos hacía tanto énfasis en que le confirmamos si llevábamos la tarjeta de crédito.Pero no nos quedamos e inmediatamente nos devolvieron a nuestro hotel.

Os quartos são extremamente distantes da praia. Tive uma luxação no dedo do pé e foi bem difícil. Os carros da manutenção andam junto com os hóspedes. E isso atrapalha muito! Normal vermos mães com seus carrinhos de bebê encostando para um carro da manutenção passar. O atendimento do bar depois das 22:00 é muito fraco e os itens do cardápio desaparecem. O posto de ajuda nautica tem um rapaz que atende muito mal. Nos deixou esperando 3 dias pra alugar um equipamento. Não alugamos e nem retornou no nosso telefone. Reclamei com o gerente e ele me acusou de estar difamando o hotel nas redes sociais. Registrar minha viagem no caso é o meu trabalho. Impressionante o tempo livre do gerente pra fuçar as redes sociais dos hóspedes e ainda tecer comentários. Muito constrangedor e pouco profissional.Saímos no meio da estadia e fomos curtir outras praias de punta cana. Mesmo tendo pago todo o pacote.Não recomendo.

Super friendly staff , they were awesome . Very clean all over , pool, deck area , rooms , special care was taken to make sure everything was clean . I'd go back again just to see the staff and the friends that I made there . A great place to relax and enjoy .

Excellent Resort, easy to get around, beautiful beach walked for miles either way, great food, friendly staff, lots of daily activities to pertisipate in, evening entertainment was mostly volunteer by audience & staff. Overall I would recommend this resort & would return.

Excelente lugar para pasar unas vacaciones, la comida es deliciosa, no necesitas reserva para cenar en los restaurantes que por cierto el mexicano es una LOCURA... La atención de ELVIS fue espectacular, muy servicial igual que todos sus compañeros. La playa es increíble, tiene colores maravillosos, volvería muchas veces.

El hotel es excelente, sus playas, restaurantes les doy un 10 de 10,el personal en generalson muy amables, en especial ELVIS, es el mejor atentiendo, su amabilidad, carisma y disposición son de resaltar, recomiendo el hotel 100%

Do not come to this hotel... everything seems all fine and good but the workers are very vigilant in watching tourists. I had a very large amount of cash stolen from my room (which was also locked in a safe) as well as some shoes taken. Several other people in my large group also had cash and valuables stolen from their room.... We also spoke with some other individuals on the resort and they too had wallets, clothing, and shoes stolen from the room. The saddest part is, when you go to the front desk to report it they string you along in telling you they will investigate but never do.. they wait until it is close to your checkout date to steal the items and then tell you they are working on it to keep you thinking they are going to help you. They also state that your only option is to go to the police station and file a report, but make sure to advise that the expense will be on you...even after taking your money and valuables. They are all in on it. Do not trust this resort, it is not worth the money at ALL and they prey on their customers and visitors. This entire trip I have been very generous in making sure I am tipping the staff and being extremely generous with my money.. it is most definitely a slap in the face. Stealing people's hard earned money is unacceptable and although there is nothing that can be done about my belongings, do yourselves a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

The things I did like: it's small, a very nice location, great beaches and the staff was good. There was lots of things I didn't like. The bathroom is just an opening, no door. The shower has a smoked glass door and the toilet has a smoked glass door but no door to the whole bathroom, so when you come out of your shower, your in the main room. Don't have any guest if you want to use the shower or use the very tiny toilet that is way too small for most people. The room furniture is terrible, there is no comfortable chair to sit in, in the room or patio. not even the lobby has a comfortable chair. The entertainment was one of the worst of any resort that I've been to for the time I was there. It mostly consisted of the entertainment staff getting some of the lady guest out on the dance floor to show them how to do the salsa or some other dance. The daytime entertainment was no better. The food, main buffet was good but the restaurants were not, Tried the Italian restaurant and it felt like they went to the buffet next door made your plate and served it to you, absolutely nothing special about the restaurants, we actually walked out of the restaurant to go eat at the buffet. Everyday expect to get approached by someone either from the resort to sell you an excursion or to look at other properties or from the very pushy outside vender that they bring onto the property to sell souvenirs. I will not be going back to this resort.

The staff without exception were cheerful friendly and very attentive. We had a transfer issue( our travel agent issue) which the hotel were excellent in supporting us. We had a minor problem with a leak which they resolved swiftly and courteously. The food was varied and of a high quality and the public areas were constantly cleaned and tidy. Great experience.

This review is for the spa at the Princess adults only in Punta Cana.Me and boyfriend were scammed in getting a romantic couples package massage and the girl that introduced us to it told us the package included 80 min massage (our choice of regular massage or deep tissue)also part of the package was a body scrub. We asked her, is it 80 min for both of us or 80 min each, she said 80 min each. When we went to the spa, the receptionist told us we get 40 min scrub then we go in jacuzzi then we get 40 min massage and we can then use the sauna etc. when we got in the room the ladies rubbed us for about 20 min and then did a body scrub for about 5 min then told us to go in the jacuzzi and wished us a nice day.by the way the two massage therapist were great! But wewere both very confused on what was happening. We were still waiting for our massages but nobody came so when we went to the front desk we spoke with the receptionist and she told us that we must’ve miss understood her about the 80 min massage. But we asked her twice and she told us “ 40 min scrub, jacuzzi then 40 min massage. It was a scam just to get you in. We paid 250$ for 30 min rub and jacuzzi use, which we had a jacuzzi in our room. So DO NOT get scammed in couples massage.

Pasé 9 días con mi pareja e íbamos expectantes tras haber estado dudando entre varias de las muchas opciones que hay para elegir en Punta Cana. Quedamos muy contentos. El hotel es bonito y agradable. El ambiente es tranquilo (la mayoría parejas que van a relajarse) aunque siempre hay alguien participando en las actividades que se organizan. El espacio de playa privada es genial y el material de actividades en el mar estuvo siempre disponible y en buenas condiciones. Los 5 restaurantes están muy bien. El servicio me pareció muy profesional (más aún comparado con otro resort en el que estuve hace poco). Todo el personal fue amable y respetuoso durante toda la estancia. Por poner un pero, las raquetas de tenis no tenían "grip" y pasé la semana entera pidiendo que le pusieran uno y no hubo manera... Recomendable!

Excelente lugar!!! Solo para adultos. La gente que trabaja aquí es muy amable, todos muy dedicados a la comodidad de los turistas. Lo recomiendo al 100%, la comida muy deliciosa, las habitaciones excelentes y la playa perfecta. Volvería mil veces más. Lo único que solucionaría es el tema del WiFi

Resort na república dominicana all inclusive e somente para adultos. Perfeito para descansar e curtir os eventos noturnos oferecidos. Os restaurantes do resort são ótimos, tanto que não conseguimos eleger o melhor. Perfeito e com funcionários simpaticissimos!

Las instalaciones están bien, los baños de las habitaciones quizá un poco viejos, pero aún así es cómodo. La atención es muy buena, se ve que hay una constante supervisión de la atención al cliente. El bufet muy bueno. El restaurante mexicano nos encantó. Hay acceso al gimnasio del hotel de al lado, tiene buenas máquinas, y buen peso. La piscina amplia y limpia, la playa bien. Lo único que nos hizo falta fue una discoteca, o por lo menos que realizarán el show nocturno (pusieron de excusa el Covid, pero había hoteles cercanos que si tenían show).

A natureza no lugar é linda. O hotel é muito confortável, as acomodações são muito boas, os quartos tem camas confortáveis, janelas grandes, com vara das rodeadas por um belo jardim. Todas as janelas tem cortinas muito boas que protegem totalmente da luz. Os quartos tem TV e frigobar com bebidas geladas, alcoólicas, refrigerantes, água e cafe. O quarto também tem um armário, um cofre, um sofá e uma pequena mesa para refeições. O ar condicionado é do tipo central, mas pode ser regulado, quanto à intensidade do vento ou a temperatura. Meu quarto tinha há jacuzzi de hidromassagem, contudo os banheiros não têm porta, por isso há pouca privacidade para seu uso, o que é péssimo. O hotel tem uma bela praia privada e uma piscina grande e linda de água fria. Quase toda a alimentação e bebidas estão incluídas no valor pago pela diária, mas são de péssima qualidade. Pratos como lagostas e alguns vinhos são pagos separadamente. O lugar tem cinco restaurantes, um é italiano, um é estilo casa de carnes, um é estilo suíço e dois são com gastronomia contemporânea. Contudo, no período em que estive lá, dois deles não abriram (a casa de carnes e o suíço), isso foi muito ruim, pois pagamos pelo serviço completo, mas não recebemos uma parte dele. Os funcionários são simpáticos e atenciosos. O lugar oferece algumas atividades, como arco e flexa, aulas de espanhol e ginástica, que já estão incluídos no valor pago.

2021 This is our second year in a row there on Christmas/my birthday. It is so beautiful unlike any other place we've been to. The best is that everything is all in one spot with zero children running around. Sadly, I'm not too sure if we will return. The smoking was so terrible. There was no place we could escape it. They need to designate smoking areas. We couldn't enjoy a show because of the heavy smoking that was allowed. The pool area, even just Walking we could smell smoke everywhere. Very terrible and unfortunate.

For the price of the local meal 25$, you become really old and bad buffet, the hotel is good except many Moskitos

Nice quiet resort. Only 250 rooms (compared to 1.5k+ at many other resorts). Gives a nice sense of community. Feels safe. A lot of international guests. Sadly you can no longer visit/use the facilities at the other Princess resorts (they said this is because of Covid). Stayed at a few resorts here and this was the only one that charged for a covid test ($35pp). The food was nothing special. Drinks were good. Ask for a room in building 5 (closest to pool and beach). Book exertions on the beach instead of in the lobby. When we were there they had a circus show and it was very impressive. I would have given this 5 stars but Silverio and Alexander in guest relations were so terrible to us, I have no choice. If you have a problem at the hotel I wouldn’t even bother talking to them. Ask for Jose U. He is the manager is much more understanding and solution oriented.

Checked in last night and extremely disappointed. I have stayed at over 20 all inclusive 5 star hotels and this is definitely at the bottom. My review is based entirely on the fact that the food and food hygiene is simply unacceptable. * no Covid protocols for food. Food at the buffets is sitting, stale, with flies, and totally self serve. Even condiments are out in the open with communal use. * room service is not included and VERY overpriced. * very limited options to eat. Breakfast buffet closed at 10am and doesn’t re-open until 1pm. The only place to get food is the beach restaurant with very stale old scares food. All the food is out in the open, nothing is covered or kept in a hygienic way. * lastly they do not have any lactose free milk (no soy, almond, etc). Having coffee multiple times a day is my fav part of a resort … no coffee for me. We are now desperately trying to change hotels. Unless you are expecting a 3 star dinning experience do not book this hotel. Room is fine and resort is well maintained. Beach is lovely. NO drinks or food served to you at the beach. Again not what I expect at a 5 star.

Pero si usted es latino, paga en dólares y quiere algo de más categoría, este hotel no es su target. Pésima atención en recepción.

Excelente comida, atención del personal, habitaciones con Jacuzzi, cero carajitos. Puntos a mejorar tales como; tener su propia Disco, tener más variedad de actividades para adultos. Por lo demás excelente.

Reception started off nice, taking my bags for me. Welcoming me with a free drink. That's where the it went downhill from there. The room was dirty, pictures will be attached below. The power of my room went out when i turned the bathtub jacuzzi jets on. One of my bags got delayed and i had to call Delta, long story short, the concierge offered to call and take care of it. I checked in 2 hours later and the lady told me she gave up calling, as the wait time with Delta was too long. So i had to take care of it myself. But the only way i would've known that it wasn't taken care of as promised was because i followed up. I paid for the premium WiFi, however, that turned out to be a mess, as it blocked my devices claiming i maxed out my device amount usage (they allow up to 2, and i only own 2, and yes I have a staic IP).Moreover, the travel desk completely ripped me off, I paid $100 per trip to each island, and my fellow travelers paid $55. This is after i bargained down from $150 each. I was also promised a Catamaran, which I did not get. And, the tour agency they used for Soana was overbooked, and they kicked people off the boat, including our hotel. Not only that, a sim card that i paid $5 somewhere else, they wanted me to pay $25. The travel desk has no concern for you or cares about your money at all. The covered bed canopies by the beach, that are in all the pictures were marked VIP (whatever that means), and weren't even covered. Aside from the lobby, the oremises has little to no ambiance or decorations, which feels disappointing for a 4 star resort. Overall don't recommend at all.

Quick couples getaway, we were only in Punta Cana for two nights, when I say quick...I mean quick. My significant other found this place thanks to the great reviews. It was his first time booking an international resort and I'm so glad to report that it went well.Check in was a breeze. He booked directly through the resorts website. No additional fees, which was nice. At check in Jose informed us of everything the resort has to offer.Dining: love that they aren't super "strict" about dress code even at the speciality restaurants. The buffet selection is average at best. Nothing to rave home about but you should be able to find something to your liking. They give everyone a glove to use to help serve yourself from the buffet and everyone has on masks. It's the Caribbean and there's no windows so it's open air, flies are definitely present (around the food) which I didn't love. I stayed away from anything that was "sitting" untouched or unattended to for long.We were only able to eat at one speciality restaurant during our short stay which was the steakhouse. I ordered a medium well angus "ribeye" it came out medium so I sent it back to be reheated. No issues there, the steak was pretty good. They ran out of the beef tenderloins before we got there around 8pm. They opened at 6:30pm. I also had the cheese-sticks which weren't hot or even really warm and the soup which was heavily tomato based but decent.Our room: was great minus the shower kind of overflowing into the bathroom floor which was weird, not sure how that even happened and we had a leak overtop of the toilet. We called to have someone come to look at it, they didn't come but fortunately we turned off the air conditioning in the room and it seemed to make the leak stop. My significant other requested flower petals in the room upon check in. They make it very clear that it is simply a request and make no guarantees that they can do it...but they did and I loved it when we first walked into the room.The beach area: perfect! Love that they have so many seating areas with the leave covered umbrellas already set up. The VIP area bali beds didn't have any protection from the sun. Not sure why that was, we didn't have VIP access on this trip but I did (at check in) consider the upgrade since I do all inclusive resorts a lot. The beds not having protection from the sun was a deterrent for me (for next time possibly).The liquor: average, no name brand kind of selection. I didn't see many top shelf brands for the VIP selection either. My significant other and I stuck to the Banana Mama drinks (frozen and DELICIOUS) and mamajuana shots. He did occasionally have beer but he didn't like it and he's not a beer connoisseur at all. He will literally drink just about any kind of beer but he did NOT like the beer here at all.One thing I did not like was that they had different vendors on the property trying to sell you things. At check in there's a guy trying to get you to buy in and uses a certificate to the spa or somewhere else (I'm forgetting now) as a way to get you to buy into the timeshare like thing they have going on. Also at dinner it was dominican night. They had live music and the buffet area featured dominican foods. The vendors are trying to get you to buy different souvenirs which is okay I guess but just kind of a turn off. I come to resorts to relax, chill, EAT and drink...in peace. It reminded me of the same energy you get when you're leaving the airport. Overwhelming!Covid testing on site but not free. Small fee. Got it done early in the morning around 9:30-10am, didn't get results until 6:30-7pm and this was the "rapid" test.Otherwise, I'm impressed. For what we paid, it was absolutely worth it. I would return.

This was our first trip post Covid, & it was also the first week they were open. I’ll tell you what I loved, what I didn’t like, what needs work, & what’s a hard NO. THE STAFF: Amazing, patient, polite, cheerful, efficient, tip them, they deserve it!! THE FOOD!!! & RESTAURANTS The buffet, breakfast, lunch or dinner, fantastic! Breakfast & lunch are similar every days, but dinner variety changes every night, yum! The a la cart restaurants didn’t require a reservation & you could eat at any one, more than once. The steak house was the best (steak & fajitas were great). The Italian was meh. They had BBQ on the beach as well, & food was top notch. We were so blown away at the quality & variety. They provided a glove for everyone at the door for buffet, so u don’t touch the handle of anything with your bare hand. They provide u with a mask if u forget yours. The service at the restaurant was fast, efficient, & so friendly. MEN you need closed toe shoes in a la carte. THE DRINKS!! The drinks are so freaking great!! Nothing watered down, they’re delicious, & the house wine is decent. The coffee (I don’t drink it), but husband says the stuff is meh, but the coffee in the room was good. I brought my own tea. They have lots of snacks and drinks in the store you can purchase as well. THE ROOMS Need work, but the beds are super comfy, lots of pillows & extra blankets if u need them. Towels in abundance as well. U didn’t need to have a card for your pool towels & I don’t know if it was because it was their first week or not, but it was great. I could get as many as I needed. The air conditioning & fans were great in the room. We lost water a few times, but not really a big deal. The bathrooms are older and run down, but clean none the less. The maid service was great, but tip them well, u will get top notch service. We never ran out of anything. THE POOL Warm, huge, & the pool bar was great. Never had to wait long for a drink. Bar closes at dark. Bring water shoes if you play water sports. We all wrecked our feet playing water polo. The pool bottom is rough so the old folks don’t wipe out. Get a lounger early, & I mean early. People save them fast, & like every resort, there are rude people taking your lounger, but that’s not the resorts issue. They don’t allow anyone to blast their own music by the pool, & that’s awesome. Keep your music to yourself. THE POOL ENTERTAINMENT Needs work. It’s really kind of generic for an adult resort. They should have more games for couples etc. Not really very good. They had some entertainment at night in the lobby, and although it was fun, it was nothing special. No dancers, no “shows” at all. THE BEACH Perfect…..the water was like bath water. Lots of seaweed washing up, but they clean the beach daily. Like the pool, save your lounger early. They have VIP bed loungers that are worth the extra $. The surf was incredible, bring your floating, and just try to get out after 7 days. HEAVEN. THE BAR BY THE BEACH Best little quiet spot at night. U can have a drink, listen to the ocean, & have quiet convo or play cards. The lobby bar is more for the party people. Bigger & noisier there, but the bar staff still efficient & so lovely. Drinks are so freaking yum! WHAT NEEDS WORK & WHAT TO AVOID: They need informational signs, they have virtually nothing unless it’s Covid related. No signs about entertainment, theme nights, clothing attire for restaurants, water problems, etc. Virtually no information. I thought perhaps because it was their first week opening since Covid. DO NOT do the excursions, period. Every person that went said it was a nightmare. No information about the day, & they spent more time driving & taking them to the stores. Very little communication. DO NOT swim to the beach where u snorkel, it’s disgusting. Rent a boat & get him to take u snorkelling, way better. We would go again.

Tratá-se de um Resort que impõe restrições que se vc não pagar para ser um cliente VIP que eles chamam de Platinum onde lhes colocam uma pulseira prata no check in você somente poderá tomar as bebidas nacionais da República Dominicana. O Whiskey é de péssima qualidade, a Vodka, Rum, Gim vc ainda consegue tomar se for como drinks. A cerveja é tipo um Chopp que se chama Presidente e que ainda se consegue beber. no quarto vc ainda tem a Budwiser e no Lobby do hotel. Na praia tem uma área VIP que vc não pode ficar se não for cliente Platinum. A Praia tem muitas algas na água e na areia que eles passam retirando. Não atrapalham muito. A temperatura da água é uma delícia pelo menos nesta época que estive que foi na ultima semana de outubro. As atividades a noite no lobby do hotel que para a cultura dos brasileiros são muito ruins até porque se vc não compreender bem o espanhol ou o inglês vc não vai entender nada. Vc somente terá Wi-fi no lobby do hotel. Para acesso a internet no quarto e nos restaurantes vc terá que pagar US$ 18,00 por 7 dias e mesmo assim a rede cai muito. A comida dos restaurantes e o café da manhã são de boa qualidade. O melhor do Resort são seus funcionários que são uma simpatia. Cuidado que existem pessoas bem treinadas que vão tentar lhe vender título de sócio da Royal Holiday que vc se encanta com o que eles lhe mostram. Me dei mal quando estive em Cancum que acabei comprando e hoje estou extremamente arrependido porque depois vc verifica com mais calma que os hotéis oferecidos por eles no catálogo são na maioria ruins pelo preço que vc vai pagar. Cuidado. Não deixe de ir conhecer o Hard Rock Café que tem um Cassino espetacular. É isso. Espero estar contribuindo com os Brasileiros que pretendam ir neste hotel.

Tudo de bom com relação a limpeza e comida. As bebidas são doces ao extremo desde o suco aos drinks. A praia é um sonho de linda. E a temperatura sempre alta mas com um vento muito agradável.Percebemos que o tratamento é diferente para brasileiros. Os americanos são tratados de forma mais atenciosa e calorosa.

Falta de estrutura de relações pessoais, falta treinamento do pessoal. Todos só lhe atendem bem se as pessoas derem gorjetas antecipadas. Acho o cúmulo, os brasileiros terem que pagar para entrar no país, enquanto os argentinos, chlienos colombianos, uruguaiose outros de língua espanhola não pagam; afinal de contas, somos todos latinos e não cobramos para os dominicanos entrarem no Brasil. O lugar possui belezas naturais muito bonitas, mas o custo dos passeios turísticos são muito caros. NÃO aconselho a virem para Punta Cana.

Lembrar de fugir de all Inclusive pq Perde demaissss na qualidade. Todos trabalham em marcha lenta. Fora isso, o Lugar é ótimo!

Gostamos da estadia, recebemos um upgrade. Funcionários sempre prestativos, mas sempre esperando a próprina.

Maravilhoso, all inclusive é tudo de bom, funcionários receptivos, quartos confortáveis, 3 piscinas a disposição (uma com bar), bares espalhados pelo ressort e mar de Punta Cana simplesmente explendito.

Brutal, el mejor en el que estado en mi vida. 5 estrellas son pocas para darle. Aquí fui de luna de miel y son los mejores recuerdos que tengo. La limpieza, la atención, el personal son de 10. La comida, los shows, las habitaciones. Tiene una cálida superior.

This is late coming as we were there in 2019 for a wedding. Stayed in the honeymoon suite that was 2 story and so comfortable. The restaurant mainly for breakfast not only had a great buffet but after the waitstaff saw us (a party of anywhere 3-8 guests), that they surprised us with our own table, helped us celebrate the bride and groom, and a birthday breakfast for my brother. The list of names I kept were from all areas of the resort and from the sister resort where we had the beautiful beachside wedding. Thank you for making this incredible visit so special. Es el mejor Restaurante de la República Dominicana. Comida fantásticamente deliciosa. Hermoso interior. El Restaurante ofrece música en directo. Personal muy profesional. El Restaurante tiene un fotógrafo, un buen chico ruso. Por 50 USD, puedes obtener una sesión de fotos con una pitón en la mano. Sí, el Restaurante tiene pitones vivos (son seguros y no muerden) y una fuente de peces. . El Restaurante tiene hermosos pabellones para comer al aire libre. También hay muchas cosas interesantes para los niños. También hay un campo de golf donde se pueden ver iguanas y cigüeñas, así como pasear y jugar al golf.

Uma experiência incrível! Sem sombra de dúvidas e um ligar aconchegante onde você se sente em casa. Os funcionários, sem nenhuma excessão, são muito atenciosos e prestativos. As comidas são muito deliciosas, e com bastante variedade. As dependências do resort também são destaque de referência, piscinas ótima, ambiente limpo, quantos excelentes. Uma viajem incrível e inesquecível.

Incrível, mas faltou o wi-fi no quarto, só tem na recepção, e mesmo lá é no ritmo de tartaruga!

Something very strange happened here with myself, my fiancé and another 2 friends we were with. If anyone has experienced something questionable while here, PLEASE reach out to me. I think about it nearly every day.

We had a wonderful week at the Princess! The rooms were clean and well kept. The staff so friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and the white sandy beach goes on for miles. I want to personally thank Senor Captain " Lajara" he is very hard working and makes sure everything is perfect in all 5 restaurants! The food is great and always surprisingly presented. They go out of their way to make sure everyone is having a great time. You are also able to visit the resort next door and enjoy the facilities there. Negatives would be the free wifi in the lobby is very slow and they have a gift booth by the pool that has workers pestering guests to buy stuff. Also make sure u bring enough us dollars their exchange is a huge rip off. got $26 us dollars for $60 Canadian. Ps we loved the beach barbecue was so delicious. hope to visit again.

My trip was for pure sleep and relaxation so that I could recharge and prepare for the summer work hours. The resort was clean, an easy walk about, food was good, the beaches were nice and the rooms were decent. The only reason why I do not give 5 stars is because their handling of currency exchanges at the front desk are a bit shady. Make sure you come with enough small bills/change.

Stayed here few years back. Great adults only all inclusive resort. Had a great time. Beach was great for swimming. Was able to visit sister resorts, entertainment, and restaurants.Great nights at the club. I personally don't think the jacuzzi suite was necessary for me. To each his or her own.

Initially provided room is with too much problems but switched to new room after reporting which is good. some of the restaurant included with All inclusive package is closed for whole 3 days. The food from rest of restaurants are good but the hotel resort is small with too small Pool for Adult only. The sea dust mounted around the area are not removed for 2 days within the beach relaxing area. The activity available within the hotel is not much and the package included activity are not handled in a manner due to reduced crowd, which is a worst experience. The hotel can not play based on the crowd, instead should have provided based on the price. Anyway can enjoy Lot with the private packages which are all around the places. We know punta cana is not in right mood due to wrong news from USA news but the experience provided by the hotels are not good with the mood. This has to be changed.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon here at the adults only all inclusive resort! I am so amazed at how well the make sure you're taken care of!! One of the greatest things is if you plan on going to the beach at night there's always security service there in the shadows to make sure of your safety and that no one messed with your evenings. Being my first time out of the country that was really assuring to know our safety was priority. The restaurants were great and the bar in the pool was awesome!! The serenity of the place, along with how clean and well kept, and the service and communication of all the people that worked there was truly amazing and we will definitely be coming back again!!!

I just spent a week at the Punta Cana Princess and really enjoyed myself! The staff was amazing, especially Alexander in Guest Services who goes well above and beyond. Carmen at Reception was wonderful and helpful as well. The grounds were beautiful and so convenient to the beach. Having access to the "sister" resorts was a bonus as well.

Very good hotel. Clean rooms and very good food. Unique beautiful beach, possibility for many excursions. the staff is on a very professional level. It was amazing for me to play with smiles, songs and dances every morning. We spent an unbelievable week and would love to come back again.I highly recommend it for accommodation in Punta Cana 🇩🇴❤️

My wife and I were here for our honeymoon and had a fantastic time. The suites were spacious and quiet, the staff were extremely attentive, kind, and friendly, and the pool and beach were gorgeous. The resort is small, which makes it very easy to navigate and you can make a reservation for dinner at the neighboring resort, as well. The food was not the best I've ever eaten, but it was good. You can't beat this place for the price. Would recommend.

Severs - unfriendly does not speak English, if any they barely attempt to talk to you in English. Maid service - takes all towels on the floor (floor mats and dirty towels) and doesn't give fresh...

Just returned from two weeks at the Punta Cana Princess. I'll start by saying we had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. This was our first time back to Punta Cana in a long time...

Honeymoon suite, hand prints all over glass doors, took photos to front desk, nothing was done, other than the cleaner advised the next day and she cleaned them. Same squished mosquito on my shower...
