What a place!! The staff were amazing and could not do enough for us. The room was luxurious and insanely comfortable, my partner and I didn't want to leave. The views across Manchester, especially when dark, incredible and being next to one of the most iconic stadiums in the world, even better.
We paid extra for Breakfast which was out of this world but even with that as an extra cost, the overall price was amazing. Would without doubt stay there again. Looking forward to trying out the Class of 92 room next time.

We have stayed twice so far at this FABULOUS Hotel. From the minute we arrived we were welcomed at reception by Katrina and Juliette who went out of their way to assist us and went beyond even arranging a baby cot without us even asking for one. (Amazing ladies) Mel and Sergio then helped us in the restaurant and the excellent service continued. Mel also went out of her way to take our son to the roof top to play some football he was amazed. Rooms - 5 out of 5 for cleanliness, comfort and decoration. Larraine and Mariana in charge of housekeeping also lovely, friendly and helpful. Total experience a pleasure especially being from SA in a new country felt like home away from home even better.
Look forward to many more stays when we come to watch Man United:)

Second visit to this amazing hotel. Honestly can't fault it. During this Covid pandemic, they had every possible Health and Safety measure in place and the hotel was spotless. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. We'll done to the Management for a brilliant team and a wonderful stay. Hope we can visit again some day.
