“The personal at breakfast did not speak English at all. When they explained us the covid rules they explained them I french, then we said we did not understand they just said okay, and explained it all in French again. When we the went to the buffet the personal yelled at us for not doing taking the food in the right way. It would have been very nice to have some personal that spoke English or at least tried to speak english instead of personal yelling at you in French.”
