O hotel em si é bom. porem as diárias é mais caras do que um hoel 5 estrelas. Já me hospedei no hotel no Rio de janeiro em Cabo Frio, na beira da prais pagando 390 reais, sendo incluso , o café da manhâ, garagem. Jão no nosso tão famoso IBIS de Goiânia eu paguei 470 + 24, 00 reais pela garagem por uma noite. Ou seja para dormir exatamente 6 horas.

Precisa de uma reforma nas portas dos banheiros e um retoque na parte física dos quartos. O atendimento e a limpeza ainda estão bons.

Cheguei no quarto estava sem arrumar. Pouco papel higiênico e cama extra só com lençol de baixo. Poucos atendentes. Corredor sujo!!!

a porta não abriu, foi necessária a troca do cartão.Faltaram luzes no quarto, tendo apenas um abatjour funcionando.Não houve limpeza e arrumação no quarto e foi preciso insistir para que ocorresse junto à recepção que demora, no mínimo 10 minutos para atender o telefone.Até 16:00 horas nem o lixo havia sido retirado do quarto, não haviam arrumado as camas.Solicitado à recepção informaram que estavam cheios e que deveria ocorrer após as 20:00 horas.Pergunto: isso é um serviço que se possa chamar de ideal?Uma coisa é ser um hotel Estartano e outra é não funcionar os serviços elementares,Péssimo serviço e com falta de manutenção básica como troca de lâmpadas e pilhas nos comandos da TV, as quais eu tive que comprar, pois o técnico chamado não tinha. Uma coisa pavorosa o serviço e a manutenção do hotel,Não recomendo a ninguém, infelizmente!
