Lamentablemente fue pésima la experiencia, había un chinche en la cama y tuve que salir a buscar otro hotel a las 3:00 am 😏 espero me devuelvan mi dinero.Unfortunately, the experience was terrible, there was a bedbug in bed and I had to go out to look for another hotel at 3:00 am 😏 I hope theyrefund me mymoney back.

Muito conveniente para compras e restaurantes. Eu fico aqui muitas vezes. Mas na minha última visita, a cama parecia não ter estofamento. Eu senti como se estivesse dormindo nas molas. Colchão de muito baixa qualidade. Tapete parecia pegajoso e precisava de limpeza. A manutenção geral estava faltando e não tão bem conservada quanto antes do COVID.

Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. I stay here often. But on my last visit, the bed felt like it didn’t have any padding. I felt like I was sleeping on the springs. Very low quality mattress. Carpet felt sticky and needed cleaning. Overall maintenance was lacking and not as well kept as before COVID.

Infelizmente, tenho que dar uma estrela a este local. Não tive uma estadia agradável aqui. Os quartos precisam de uma grande atualização. O quarto com banheira de hidromassagem que eu tinha reservado tinha uma banheira de hidromassagem que não era funcional. A roupa de cama estava manchada. O elevador leva muito tempo, e apenas um estava funcionando. O serviço é inferior.

A equipe é incrível. Eles realmente parecem se importar.As máquinas de lavar não são boas e as secadoras são perigosas e queimam o cabelo. Relatado e eles foram apenas ligado de volta. Tapetes nos quartos são muito sujos e precisam de uma boa limpeza.Localização para comida é incrível. Saco misto total, não muitas outras opções, boa sorte!

Unfortunately, i have to give this location one star. I didn’t have a pleasant stay here. The rooms need a major update. The room with a whirlpool that i had reserved had a whirlpool that was not functional. The bedding was stained. The elevator takes a really long time, and only one was working. The service is subpar.

The staff are amazing. They really seem to care. The washing machines are not good, and dryers are dangerous and burning hair. Reported it and they were just plugged back in. Carpets in rooms are very dirty and need a good clean. Location to food is awesome. Total mixed bag, not many other options, good luck!

O único bom neste lugar está fechado para a China Town e restaurantes asiáticos. Mas o resto NÃO VALE o preço. Elevador não funciona de um lado. Do outro lado, o botão para baixo não está funcionando, então você demorou uma eternidade para descer. As pessoas fumam dentro da escada. NÃO se deixe enganar pela agoda ou outros reservando online. Dentro do quarto cheira a mofo. O banheiro não tem ventilador ou não funciona. O serviço de quarto como arrumar a cama, limpar o lixo é mediante solicitação, a menos que você fique mais de 4 noites. Quarto sujo por 130$/noite. NÃO! NÃO VÁ AQUI

Você tem que pagar extra para o café da manhã que eu pensei que era estranho. Bem, acabei de terminar meu café da manhã e foi ÓTIMO! eles tinham um chef cozinhar ovos reais (no entanto, você os tem) eu tinha mais fácil. Eles servem bacon e croissants de verdade. Meu quarto estava limpo e cheirava a limpeza também. Este hotel foi a minha melhor estadia em um Hilton

The only good at this place is closed to China town and Asian restaurants. But the rest are NOT WORTH the price. Elevator doesn’t work on one side. The other side the down button isn’t working so it took you forever to go down. People smoke inside the stairway. DON’T get fooled by agoda or others booking online. Inside room smells MOLD. Restroom doesn’t have a fan or it doesn’t work. Room service as making bed, clean trash is by request unless you stay over 4 nights. Dirty room for 130$/ night. NOPE! DO NOT GO HERE

You have to pay extra for breakfast which I thought was wierd. Well I just finished my breakfast and it was GREAT! they had a chef cooking real eggs (however you have them) I had over easy. They serve real bacon and croissants. My room was clean and smelled clean as well. This hotel has been my best stay in a Hilton

Fiquei aqui de 16-3-22 a 18-3-22 durante as férias e é um hotel limpo, bom estacionamento, quarto limpo, funcionários simpáticos. Um elevador de trabalho para um hotel tão grande é insuficiente e a secadora na lavanderia do hotel não secou minhas roupas adequadamente e tinha um cheiro de queimado. No geral, este é um ótimo hotel. Eu ficaria lá novamente.

Fique aqui se você não se importa com a construção durante a sua estadia. Assim como pessoas privilegiadas podem vir e tratar mal os funcionários. E se isso não for ruim o suficiente, as pessoas com deficiência são tratadas pior. As duas estrelas são para quartos limpos, mas você precisa implorar por itens se ficar mais de uma noite. Não é capaz de tomar café da manhã em paz, e as noites são uma piada 😑. Eu estava aqui uma semana e não sabia o que este hotel tinha em comodidades por causa da hostilidade. Parecia que eles só queriam falar se você pegasse um lanche que realmente parecesse ser e tivesse gosto de estar lá por meses. E acredite, foi nesse momento que eles notaram você para pegar seu nome e quarto! Nunca fiquei em uma rede Hilton com esse reflexo, e a empresa precisa saber que assim como outros que planejam uma estadia aqui, as fotos não refletem o que pode ser feito aqui!. 🤔

Stay here if you do not mind construction going on during your stay. As well as privileged people being allowed to come and treat staff poorly.And if that isn't bad enough disabled people are treated worse.The two star is for clean rooms, but you do have to beg for items if you stay more than one night.Not able to eat breakfast peacefully, and the evenings are a joke 😑.I was here a week and didn't know what this hotel had in amenities because of the unfriendliness.It seemed to be they only wanted to speak if you took a snack that actually appeared to be and tasted as if it was there for months.And believe me it was at that point they took notice of you to get your name and room!I have never stayed in a Hilton chain with this reflection, and corporate needs to know that as well as others who plan a stay here, the pictures do not reflect what can be done here!.🤔

I stayed here from 3-16-22 to 3-18-22 while on vacation and it is a clean hotel, good parking, clean room, friendly staff. One working elevator for a hotel this large is insufficient and the dryer in the hotel laundry room didn't dry my clothes properly and had a burning smell. Overall this a great hotel. I would stay there again.

Este é provavelmente o pior hotel da marca Hilton que eu já fiquei antes. Eu viajo muito e este lugar estava muito abaixo das expectativas.Prós: - Boa localização. Perto da rodovia e muitos restaurantes asiáticos fantásticos. -As toalhas no quarto eram de boa qualidade.Contras: -A equipe da recepção não foi super amigável. -Piscina estava fechada porque ninguém tinha limpado. Veja foto em anexo. -Apenas um elevador funcionou -O botão para baixo no elevador do segundo andar não funcionou. -A área do jardim do pátio era uma bagunça completa. - O gramado da frente da propriedade e as áreas gramadas ao redor estão cobertos de lixo. - O chuveiro do meu quarto não ficava na bica. - Eles não honrariam meus pontos Hilton Honors porque reservei através de um site de terceiros. -Chega de biscoitos quentes frescos -Não ofereceu garrafas de água/bebidas gratuitas para membros Hilton Honors. -O quarto era muito antigo

This is probably the worst Hilton branded hotel I've ever stayed in before. I travel a lot and this place was far below expectations. Pros: - Good location. Close to Highway and many fantastic Asian restaurants. -The towels in the room were good quality. Cons: -The front desk staff was not super friendly. -Pool was closed because no one had cleaned it. See attached photo. -Only one Elevator worked -The down button on the second floor elevator didn't work. -The patio garden area was a complete mess. -The front lawn of the property and the surrounding grassy areas are covered in trash. - The shower head in my room wouldn't stay on the spout. - They wouldn't honor my Hilton Honors points because I booked through a third party website. -No more fresh hot cookies -Did not offer free water bottles/drinks for Hilton Honors members. -The room was very dated

La ubicación del hotel es céntrica,en medio de Chinatown en Houston.Cerca de restaurantes, servicios de masajes entre otras cosas. El hotel resulto higiénico y las camas se acomodaban a las necesidades de firmeza que quisiéramos.El desayuno que provee el hotel es de bajo costo pero muy completo. Las personas que nos atendieron fueron muy amables y el servicio increíble,definitivamente volvería a hacer una reservacion en ese hotel.
