“This place was nice for our last night of our trip to Spain we stayed here in June of 2019 the rooftop pool was nice they had some drinks it looked like even though I was 6 it was a really nice hotel!”

“It was a very pleasant stay at Gran Meliá Fenix Overall due to extremely friendly services and staff.
We booked a red level with a whirlpool in terrace, which cost approximately 600€ a night. When checking in the room, we were disappointed at the facilities and a small size of the room since it says 53sqm, which includes terrace.
The bathroom had a tiny bath, which would be better to be a big modern shower rather a super tiny bath.
The common bathroom on the ground floor is very outdated too.
The highlight of staying at Fenix was the surprise goodbye gifts, which came with a bottle of wine and strawberries to our room. As said, due to amazing staff and services, it was very memorable. Another good point is the location, which is located very close to my favourite Jorge Juan street.”
